In the case of protecting your church from the expense of a lawsuit or fines or both as it pertains to protecting your members personal information it could well be a dime’s worth of prevention is better than $100,000 worth of cure!

You will do yourself and your church a BIG favor by taking the time to listen to this presentation by George Flint, partner at Flint-Lambert, PC. in Plano, Texas.

The good news is this is not a difficult problem to prevent. The bad news is that most churches completely overlook the need to have an program in place to stop these issues.
